Summer is here and that means wedding season!
Whether you are a guest, or a bride or groom to be, everyone wants to look their best. The perfect venue, flowers and outfit are all high up on our list of priorities when planning our big day. However, it is important to take some time to think about how you would like your teeth to look as some your dream smile may take some time to perfect. 8. Eighteen Months
Orthodontics is a great way to improve the appearance of your teeth, and it can take as little as 3 months. Some more complex treatments do take up to 18 months or even two years so it is a great idea to visit your dentist or orthodontist to discuss what may be needed to get your gnashers super straight in time for saying “I do”

7. Twelve Months
Have regular routine health checks to make sure your mouth is healthy, which is essential before embarking on any cosmetic treatment. Look after your teeth at home with regular brushing and flossing. Most people see their dentist and hygienist around twice a year. This ensures that any problems are picked up early and can be treated promptly. It also gives you the opportunity to discuss any issues or ask any questions about improving your dental health or appearance.
6. Six Months
Cut out unhealthy habits which cause bad breath, bleeding gums and stained or decayed teeth- such as alcohol, smoking and sugary foods. The sooner you can do this, the greater benefit you will notice. That doesn’t mean if you are running out of time it is too late to make a difference… Anything is better than nothing, so cut down or cut out whenever you are ready
5. Three Months

3. One Month
