
16 Mar Southampton Dental Patient Satisfaction Survey Results
At Bridgeways Dental we have been asking our patients to complete a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire to help us see if any improvements need to be made and if patients are generally happy with our service. We collected 20 questionnaires from 20 patients in February 2018 and here are the results.
I have to say we are really pleased with the comments received and endeavour to continue providing patients with an excellent service and care.

Our questionnaire is performed every 6 months, we aim to achieve the same results next time and keep our patients happy and continuing to use our service.
