This patient was unhappy with his teeth, feeling they looked “pointy”. He was also unhappy with the chipped edge of the central incisor, and the colour of the teeth, notably the brown and white patches on the upper incisors. There are several options to improve this patients’ issues, but sometimes less is more: We carried out Invisalign tooth straightening over 18 months, followed by a course of at home-tooth whitening, contouring, composite edge bonding to the upper central incisor and composite veneers to both upper lateral incisors.
