George and Casey set up the practice and developed a team to reflect their ethos, who care and put you, their patient, first. Get to know our team below.
Traumatic events create fear and force most people away from similar circumstances. Casey, though, is not part of most people, so when she badly knocked her teeth as a young child, she decided she wanted to learn how to best fix them.
Almost over 25 years on and her passion now is creating beautiful smiles whilst preserving the health of your teeth by acting in the least invasive way possible.
Casey graduated from Bristol University and completed her foundation training in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. She is dedicated to post graduate training, is a certified Platinum Provider of Invisalign and has gained a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry.
She recently achieved her Master of Science in Orthodontics at Warwick University and is now expanding her knowledge in the Orthodontic
Department at Dorset County Hospital, Dorchester. Over the years she has also attended several Masterclasses on Aesthetic Dentistry and Composite Bonding and also in Facial Aesthetics.
The benefit of being trained in both orthodontic and restorative disciplines allows a bespoke combination of treatments to be provided and Casey tailors treatment plans to each individual patient to achieve beautiful natural results.
Together with Terri Chouler, the Head Nurse at Bridgeways Dental, are practising the revolutionary techniques of Advanced PRP Aesthetic Facial
Casey enjoys treating a variety of patients, and welcomes nervous and anxious patients too. Her relaxed but professional approach to dentistry creates relationships with her patients so that visiting the dental surgery becomes fun and never a chore.
She takes the time and care needed, and works closely together with patients over the course of their treatment to create the best possible outcome.
Her very little free time, is devoted to her cats and her visits to the gym, as she is determined to stay young forever.
George moved to England from Greece in 2004, just as the Olympic Games were starting in Athens, as he failed to find a ticket for his favourite sport – basketball! He had just completed his dental training in Aristotle University, Thessaloniki and a year as a Dental Officer in the Greek Army.
During the last 20 years George has heavily invested in his knowledge and skills and has achieved several postgraduate awards. He has completed a Certificate in Restorative Aesthetic Dentistry, a Certificate in Implantology, a Diploma in Endodontics from the Queen Mary University and an Master of Science in Periodontology with Distinction and Highest Achievement Award from the University of Plymouth.
He was mentored for more than 10 years by the first Expert in Implantology in the UK, Dr Phil Bennett and has held an Honorary Clinical Assistant position with the Maxillofacial Department in Royal Bournemouth Hospital for a number of years.
He is a Fellow of the International College of Oral Implantology and also of the College of General Dentistry UK. He was recently made an Honorary Member of the Association of Dental Implantology UK, an honour reserved for members with exceptional service to the profession.
Together with Casey, George acquired Bridgeways Dental in 2016, after having worked around the south coast and the west-country for a number of years and they very quickly turned it into a centre of excellence in dentistry on the south coast.
He is now limiting his practice to complex restorative work, endodontics, dental implantology and periodontology and accepts referrals from other dentists for highly demanding cases. His professional plans include mentoring and teaching.
His ethos and dedication to treating all patients the way he would treat himself is the basis of his practice and the main core value of Bridgeways Dental.
Being Greek, George’s main passion outside of dentistry is appreciating a good coffee, but he also likes exercising and enjoying a nice meal with good company.
He doesn’t like the British weather so much (but who can blame him for that one?!)

“I went to this dentist after calling first and reading reviews. I was terrified at going to the dentist after years of horrible treatment stemming from childhood. They were incredibly caring, listened to my concerns and treated with me respect.
I have walked out smiling after asking them to ‘fix’ my issues. All of the staff are friendly, gentle, honest and also have a sense of humour but most importantly they want the best for you and will offer good advice without pressuring you.
I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again(if I come back from travelling😀) thank you to the whole team (esp casey)”
“As an American living in the UK, I have found it difficult to find dental care that I comfortable with. George and his team are excellent and went above and beyond looking after me during implant surgery.
So pleased to have found them and highly recommend. Many thanks to all the staff at Bridgeway Dental! Jennifer”
