George and Casey set up the practice and developed a team to reflect their ethos, who care and put you, their patient, first. Get to know our team below.
Casey graduated from Bristol University and completed her foundation training in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. She is dedicated to post graduate training and has received a certificate for the completion of the year-long restorative course hosted by the acclaimed Dr Paul Tipton.
Casey is a certified provider of Invisalign clear braces, and C-fast adult braces. She holds a Certificate in Orthodontics from Warwick University Post Graduate Dental School, and is currently working towards her Masters’ Degree in Orthodontics. Creating beautiful smiles whilst preserving the health of your teeth by acting in the least invasive way possible has always been Casey’s passion, and she likes to use her skills as a restorative and cosmetic dentist along with braces to achieve her patient’s goals.
“I enjoy treating a variety of patients, and welcome nervous and anxious patients too. My relaxed approach to dentistry (and life!) creates relationships with my patients so that visiting us becomes fun and never a chore. I take the time and care needed, and work closely together with you over the course of your treatment to create the best possible outcome.”
George moved to England from Greece in 2004, just as the Olympic games were starting in Athens, as he failed to find a ticket for his favourite sport – basketball! He had just completed his dental training in Aristotle University, Thessaloniki as well as a year as a Dental Officer in the Greek army. Since living in the UK, George has completed a Diploma in Endodontics from Queen Mary University, London, as well as studying with European Expert in Implantology Dr. Phil Bennett.
He has worked around the south coast and the west-country, before finally settling in Dorset and Hampshire five years ago. Being Greek, George’s main passion outside of dentistry is appreciating a good coffee, but he also likes running, reading, and water-sports.
He doesn’t like the British weather (but who can blame him for that one?!).

Having worked in Dentisty for the past eleven years in roles ranging from Reception to Head Nurse and Practice Management, Kirsty expanded her clinical expertise by studying at the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy in 2012. Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene and Therapy, Kirsty then completed a post-graduate Dental Therapy post in Buckinghamshire.
Dual-qualification allows Kirsty not only to treat gum disease and give Oral Health Education but complete restorative work, tooth whitening and treatments on primary teeth.
Since joining the team at Bridgeways in February 2017, Kirsty particularly enjoys helping her patients to achieve their own oral hygiene goals and motivating them to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Outside dentistry, she spends most of her time looking after her beloved horse and has previously competed locally at Romsey and New Forest Country shows.
Sophie joined Bridgeways Dental in September 2018. She has been a Dental Nurse since 2015 and obtained her qualification in dental nursing in 2017 after studying at Eastleigh College. She has been working in private dental practices around Southampton since gaining her registration.
Sophie’s passion in dentistry is to work with dentists creating transformed smiles. Dentistry has so much to offer these days and she loves helping people to smile again. Transforming a smile can involve minimal treatments like Invisalign and tooth whitening, things like veneers to change the shape and size of people’ teeth, and also replacing missing teeth using implants. It’s great to be able to assist at all stages along the way. She has recently had Invisalign treatment herself, so she knows what it is like, and can help patients to understand what it might be like for them too.
As well as being Lead Dental Nurse at Bridgeways, Sophie is also completing her Leadership & Management Diploma. In her spare time she teaches Pilates and enjoy keeping fit, walking her French bulldog and spending time with my family and friends.
Sophie looks forward to meeting you soon at Bridgeways Dental!
Holly started training and working as a dental nurse in 2017, and in the summer of 2019 gained her qualification from Eastleigh Collage, and is now a registered dental nurse. Since she was a young age, Holly has always wanted to have a career in the dental industry, and as such she is very passionate about dentistry. Her favourite part about working as a dental nurse is meeting new people from all backgrounds, and aiding in satisfying their personal dental needs whether this is general dentistry such as tooth coloured fillings, or cosmetic treatments like whitening and composite bonding.
Holly first interviewed for a position we had available back in 2018, however as she was still training she couldn’t commit to the required full-time hours at the time. Now a part of our team, Holly is happy to be helping our clinicians Casey and George in providing a great range of treatments, keeping the working day varied and exciting! Holly would like to continue training and developing her skills in dental nursing particularly with more advanced treatments provided at Bridgeways Dental such as dental implants so she can be as involved as she can in our patients’ treatments.
Outside of Dentistry, Holly likes to spend quality time with family and friends, and love to travel as much as she can around the world to experience different cultures and lifestyles. She loves to visit hot places such as Florida and the Caribbean. When not at work Holly likes to eat out at local restaurants (unfortunately including McDonald’s!).
