Hi All, Here’s a short post from me…

I started working at the practice in December, after moving down to Southampton from up north. Although I was very excited to embark on a new adventure, I was also very nervous! Having never worked in the dentistry industry before, I had no idea what to expect and I was definitely intrigued as to how I would adapt to this new role. With years of experience working within hotels and customer service based roles, I am pleasantly surprised at how similar the roles actually are.

Whilst working in hotels, you learn to read the customers very well and adapt your customer service style to the needs of the customers. I have learnt to do this in the practice also and have realised that everyone is different and therefore everyone should have a unique experience tailored to them.

I adore being the front of house as I believe that in any front of house role, the goal is to be able to provide an unforgettable friendly experience for the customer and I love doing that here at Bridgeways Dental.

After working in the practice for a couple of months now, I have learnt so many new things and have built rapport with some of our lovely patients that I have met already, and look forward to doing the same with new patients that join the practice in the future.
